When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase Auth (including Google OAuth if used). When you use our tools, we may store your occupation code, points score, target visa, and target states in your user profile.
If you subscribe to email alerts, we store your email address, selected states, and visa subclass preferences.
We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We use your information to provide personalised visa tracking, points predictions, and immigration news relevant to your profile. Email subscribers receive immigration news alerts based on their preferences.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Cron job logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication session management (Supabase auth tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
